By using Try Roof Quote you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit a quote request through the funnel.
2. What the service does
We collect answers about your roofing project and use them to match you with licensed, insured contractors in your area. We are a matching service — we do not perform roofing work, supply materials, or act as a party to any contract you sign with a contractor.
3. Quotes and estimates
Any price ranges, timelines or quotes shown are estimates only. Final pricing depends on an on-site inspection by the contractor. We do not guarantee availability, workmanship, warranty terms, or the outcome of any project.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate, that you are at least 18, and that you are the homeowner or authorized to request work on the property. Do not submit false, abusive, or automated requests.
5. Contact consent
By submitting the funnel you agree that matched contractors may contact you at the phone number, email and address you provide. You can withdraw consent for matching and marketing at any time in your privacy controls.
6. Data and privacy
Submissions from this app are stored locally on your own device, not on our servers. Consent settings, data export and deletion requests are handled in the privacy centre.
7. Intellectual property
The site name, layout, copy and graphics belong to Try Roof Quote. You may use the site for your own roofing project, but not copy or resell any part of it.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or dispute arising from work performed by a matched contractor.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
